There will be no normal group training 9:30am to 11:00am but 11:00am to 12:30pm will run as usual. It is highly recommended that you stay to work on everything covered during the workshop to reinforce it and help it to "stick" while the experience is still fresh.
For those who don't know, Mark Spence is my instructor. I currently see him for 3 private lessons per week which has had a massive impact on my training. He has been practicing Wing Chun since 1984 and has taught for more than 20 years. He runs his school 'Hong Kong style', and regularly travelled to Hong Kong to train under our grandmaster, Sigung Chu Shong Tin.
